All charges are billed to the clients credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made and approved. ILS accepts all major credit cards. Minimum charges apply if less than 2 hours notice for sedans and stretches, 24 hours for Vans & Buses, 48 hours for Coaches.
Rates quoted on line are base rates, additional charges may apply. Final charges will be calculated upon completion of job.
Our customers have spoken, and we listen. We are constantly evolving to meet our clients’ needs. You’ve asked us to provide “all in” pricing so that there are no surprises when it comes time to check out. At ILS, we provide you with one final price that includes tax and gratuity so you know the exact amount that you will be charged from the time that you make your reservation. We include a discretionary gratuity as part of your request for “all in” pricing, which is completely discretionary for our customers and is premised upon your complete satisfaction. Your actual tip can be increased, decreased or eliminated in full in the event that you are not completely satisfied. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service. You can rest assured that your gratuity will be passed on to the chauffeur in full.
Wait time charges will apply if time exceeds the grace periods that follow:
- 30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for International flights.
- 15 minutes for hotels and offices.
- Additional wait charges will be in 1/4 hour increments.
Add $10.00 charge for transfers between 11 pm and 6 am.
Add $20 for additional stops not previously confirmed.
Greeter requests- $40 p/h, 3 hour minimum.
